We have now received the event program, so I have a few changes to the agenda:
All main courses will be provided by ACC, we will discuss sides/desserts on Sunday. If you would like to be in charge of a meal, please let me know miskellrv@gmail.com

Sunday March 9,
Important arrival information: I need to know if you are not coming in on the 9th, so I can work with the parking team.
If you are not signed up for a Full Hook Up site, please let me know, and I will coordinate with the parking team.
I am planning on requesting a 3pm arrival time, at the Caravan entrance. I will lead the group from the North, and Charlie and Darla will lead the group from the South. Please let me know which direction you will be coming from so we can coordinate.
From the North, we will plan on meeting at the I-75 rest area just prior to the I-475 interchange at 2pm
From the South, the tentative location will be the i-75 NB rest area at exit 108 at 2pm
Once we get parked and setup, we will begin the rally with happy hour and a taco bar.
We have 1 10×15 canopy, If you have a canopy for use, please bring it.
Monday March 10,
830am- Full Breakfast-
10am- Golf –If you want to play, please let us know. Charlie Chase is coordinating and green fees will be around $40 email:miskellrv@gmail.com to sign up
10am- Caravan to the Museum of Aviation for those interested. Maddy Miskell is coordinating.
430pm—Happy hour and dinner on your own
6pm “Drop Anchor” Meet & Greet Featuring Jone Mark Graves, McGill Marketplace

830am- Full Breakfast
900am—Business Meeting
10am-2pm Discover the GNFA Guided Walkabout. Meet at the Clock Tower
2pm- First Timers Orientation, Reaves Arena
245pm- Chapter Fair, Reaves Arena
5pm- “Welcome to Perry” Party- Downtown Perry. Buses should be available\
Wednesday March 12,
830am- Continental breakfast
FRVA Convention begins
5pm- Happy Hour and Pulled Pork/Chicken dinner by ACC
7pm- Opening Ceremonies, Reaves Arena
Thursday March 13,
8am- Roadmaster morning coffee hour at Town Center
12pm- Ladies Luncheon (ticket required)
5pm- “Walk the Plank” Parade
Dress in your best Pirate gear and decorate your golf cart if you have one
6pm- “Shiver Me Timbers” Chapterfest- Town Center
Lets show our support to the food trucks and vendors
745pm- “Bucaneer Boomfest” Fireworks- Town Center
Friday March 14,
8am- Roadmaster morning coffee hour at Town Center
3pm- Ice Cream Social- Town Center
4pm- Card Bingo- McGill Market Place
5pm- Happy Hour and Fish Fry by ACC
7pm- Nightly Entertainment- Reaves Arena

10am- Ladderball Tournamnent – By ACC at Town Center
